- Limes are also highly acidic and not recommended for dogs. Like lemons, limes are not toxic to dogs, but they can irritate their stomach.
- Grapefruit is not dangerous to dogs and is less acidic than lemons and limes, but still, dogs shouldn’t eat it as it can upset their stomach. And they probably wouldn’t like it, too.
- Oranges are safe for dogs, but you should only give them a few pieces here and there. They are less acidic than lemons, but they are still not the best dog fruit out there.
- Tangerines are sweet, juicy, and the least acidic of all of the fruits on the list. Dogs can eat tangerines, and they can enjoy them in moderation.
